EU SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

The Role:

To support our growth in the European market, John Cullen are looking for a bright, driven and energetic person to support our European Sales Projects.

This is a busy role which requires someone who can deliver on all platforms. You will support many successful projects, which include prestigious chalets and villas in the French and Swiss Alps and the French Riviera. We work with top EU designers and architects.   We are looking for someone who is a team player who confidently deal with issues quickly and competently and who can see a project through to completion. It would suit someone who has experience in a similar background, although this is not essential. For us, it’s about finding the right person to meet the requirements of the job. We are looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible so they receive a comprehensive training and induction programme although we can wait for the right person.

Our growing European team are friendly, collaborative, and energetic. They work well together and work extremely hard. They have a great team dynamic which makes them successful. They achieve results and work well with the Head Office, UK.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Project Coordination: 

– Managing the status of each project and resolving any potential issue quickly. This includes communication with the Head Office team relating to all projects with the London based Supply chain team & updating clients and / or the EU Sales Team on the status of their project.
– Understanding completion times and ensuring a strong focus is place on strategic projects.
– Follow-up of the projects: payments, lead times and shipments.
– Having attention to detail and setting up CRM details for Business Partners and Specification clients on SAP.

– Producing Sales Quotations and Sales Orders in SAP.
– Have a great relationship with clients and communicating with them at all times along with the Sales team.
– Contact with our Lighting Partners/ Sales agents, such as answering their daily queries (price, lead times, etc)

Commercial & Marketing tasks

– Researching leads and project opportunities in key markets and identifying target specifiers which are suitable for John Cullen.
– Collecting information of our installed EU projects and sharing information on these.
– Raising the awareness of the brand together with support of HQ marketing team.
– Client liaison regarding project follow up and completion.
– Ensuring all details of the projects are followed through from the specification – attention to detail is important.

Showroom manager

– Welcoming clients at our Paris showroom and presenting the brand when the Sales Manager is off site with customers.
– Organising events in the Showroom in collaboration with the sales team.
– Sharing contacts & projects with other partners of the showroom.

Experience:

– 3 years experience working in business to business internal sales/project coordination.
– Proficiency in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office – although this is not essential as we can train the right person.
– Background in interior design, lighting or architectural sector will be a plus.

Salary & Incentives:

A fixed salary depending on experience + bonus based on achieved results across EU sales.
